- Masukan irisan daging ke dalam kocokan telur, gulingkan di Tepung terigu, lakukan 2 kali, terakhir gulingkan ke tepung roti, goreng di minyak panas menggunakan api sedang hingga warna orens kecoklatan.
- Blender semua bahan bumbu kari, cairkan margarine, tumis bumbu hingga wangi, masukan potongan wortel dan kentang, rebus hingga sayuran matang,.
- Masukan bawang bombang tunggu layu, masukan maizena yg diencerkan dg air, masak hingga bumbu mengental, masukan irisan bawang daun.
- Potong serong beef katsu, Beef katsu siap disajikan bersama bumbu kari & nasi hangat.
- Catatan : bisa juga menggunakan bumbu bubuk 5 chinese spices untuk mengganti star anise, kayu manis, jinten, lada sezchuan, & cengkeh, tapi tetap pakai bumbu yg lain.
