- Persiapkan 1 sdm of Bubuk Kunyit.
- Siapkan 1 sdm of Garam Masala (resep ada di post sebelumnya).
- Anda perlu 1 sdm of Bubuk Cabe (bukan B*ncabe ya).
- Anda perlu 1 sdt of Garam.
- Anda perlu 200 ml of Air Matang.
- Anda perlu 3 sdm of Minyak Goreng.

Langkah-langkah Membuat Kari Ayam India / Indian Chicken Curry
- —kalau belum punya/membuat Garam Masala, bisa cek post saya sebelumnya ya sist— panaskan minyak di dalam wajan. Jangan pakai teflon ceper karena takut meluber..
- Ketika minyak sudah panas, set api pada api sedang kemudian masukan Bawang Bombay. Tumis Bawang Bombay sampai layu kecoklatan sekitar 8-10 menit. Masukan irisan Tomat dan Cabe Hijau. Aduk-aduk selama 3 menit. Kemudian masukan Bawang Putih dan Jahe yang telat diparut halus/cincang halus. Aduk terus selama 3 menit dan kemudian tambahkan Bubuk Kunyit. Aduk terus sampai tercampur hingga tomatnya lunak/lumer mencair (sekitar 10 menit)..
- Apabila tomat sudah lunak, masukkan Ayam, kemudian aduk merata selama 3 menit. Lalu tambahkan Garam Masala, Bubuk Cabe dan Garam. Pasang api besar dan aduk merata selama 5 menit. Jangan lengah, nanti ayamnya bisa gosong. Jadi harus tetap diaduk yha! 😄.
- Setelah 5 menit, kecilkan api ke sedang dan aduk lagi selama 5 menit. Tibalah di langkah terakhir, kecilkan api dan tambahkan Air Matang. Dengan api kecil, masak selama 20 menit. Aduk sesekali 5 atau 10 menit. — maaf fotonya ngga ada yang bagus. 😁.
